Abstract :
Nano-sized bubbles with the size less than 20 nm are dispersed densely and homogeneously in Fe bulk metal by means of dissociated gases of polymer. These bubbles strengthened the material with the same effect as oxide-dispersion strengthened alloys. The dislocation pinning effect of the bubbles increased Vickersʹ hardness to 500 MPa as compared with that of pure Fe.
