Abstract :
A method for fast neutron monitoring has been studied, resulting from computer simulation analysis of fast neutron and gamma interaction responses in silicon counters. A real time personal dosemeter with a response accuracy better than 30% in a mixed n, γ field for neutron energies between 0.75 and 15 MeV is proposed.
