Abstract
Measurements of BGO response to 2≤Z≤6 ions having E/A=150–600 MeV are reported. The analysis using Birks formula and the EDSE model, which includes published lower-energy data, allows the extraction of reliable parameters to be used in calibrations and/or simulations.
