Abstract :
More than 20 X-ray mirror systems have been constructed in the SPring-8 beamlines since 1997. To simplify the design and reduce the construction, alignment, and maintenance time, the X-ray mirror systems have been standardized as far as possible. An overview of the design, alignment method, and performance of the standard X-ray mirror systems in SPring-8 is given here.
