  • Abstract
    The initial alignment of all optical components in the X-ray wiggler beamline BW2 has been fully automated. Starting at the primary slit, a sequence of well-defined alignment procedures for each optical element is performed step by step under program control. Beam position and intensity data are obtained by photoemission yield monitors along the beam path in vacuo.
