Abstract
This article provides an overview of recent developments in time-resolved small-angle X-ray scattering on the high brilliance beamline (ID02) at the ESRF. With the image intensified CCD detector and the full photon flux, it is possible to obtain a good scattering curve of a very weakly scattering biological sample with only 0.1 s of acquisition. For intense scattering samples, the longest camera length (10 m) allows to access d-spacings up to 1 μm. The high resolution Bonse–Hart setup extends the spatial range up to 5 μm.
