Abstract :
The distribution of the effective skew quadrupole field was measured in the newSUBARU storage ring. The driving term of the difference resonance for linear coupling was calculated and found to agree very well with the estimation from the correction by skew quadrupole magnets. The vertical dispersion is well explained by the obtained field distribution.
