Abstract :
(La1−xCex)Al1.67+0.67y(B4O10)Oy is one of the compounds of RE–Al–B–O system (RE: rare-earth). There are no reports on luminescent property of activator-doped (La1−xCex)Al1.67+0.67y(B4O10)Oy. So we synthesized the solid solutions (La1−xCex)Al1.67+0.67y(B4O10)Oy, 0.01⩽x⩽1.0 and characterized their emission properties.
