Abstract :
The concentration of Th-chain was precisely measured. Two alpha rays from 220Rn and 216Po were extracted by the time correlation analysis. The time correlation between two events was found to agree with the half-life of 216Po. The sensitivity of this method for Th-chain was discussed.
