Abstract :
A Prompt Gamma-ray Neutron Activation Analysis method based on efficiency calibration using the prompt gamma rays emitted from the constituent elements of the sample has been used to determine the composition of some alloys non-destructively. This method, in principle, is independent of sample geometry and size. The results are in good agreement with the reported composition.
