Abstract
In the following we present a new analysis of the data obtained after an irradiation of magnets with a 2 GeV electron beam under various conditions (with or without a target placed in front of the magnets). This analysis, based on the measured magnetic field, indicates the importance of a precise determination of the three components of the magnetization for a better understanding of the demagnetization process.
