Reviews the Effects of Outsourcing on Organizational Activities in the Municipality Amirkola

Outsourcing is one of the key issues many organizations today have a special place it becomes increasingly important to apply. Issues such as improving efficiency and reducing costs, incentives are organizations operating in areas of limited and Special Forces. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of outsourcing on organizational activities in the municipality Amirkola. Population of this research are Amirkola all municipal employees to 300 people. Morgan Grjsy used to determine sample size table is equal to 169 people. Outsourcing to measure the components of a standard questionnaire of 28 questions to assess outsourcing components of a standard questionnaire of 18 questions was used. To analyze the data from EXCEL and SPSS software is used. According to results outsourcing of business activities in the municipality Amirkola there were significant effects. In this regard, recommended Amirkola municipal leaders organized by an appropriate standard (Standards Balanced Scorecard, reporting periodically to the Contractor and the Contractor to increase insight in project management) have good performance management.
