Abstract :
The extraction of molybdenum(VI) from acidic media by the commercial extractant Cyanex 301, dissolved in kerosene, was studied. The effects of various parameters, such as type and initial concentration of acid, type of diluent, extractant concentration, metal concentration, temperature and shaking time were investigated.
