The cometary nature of the Tunguska meteorite: on the predictive possibilities of mathematical models

Critical discussion of modern state of mathematical modeling of the process of celestial bodies penetration in planetary atmospheres is presented, as well as a new development in theoretical description of disintegration of these bodies in the course of their movement in atmosphere.
