Abstract :
The overall goal of this research is to study the impact of intellectual capital (relational capital, human capital and structural capital) in the attitude-employment (job satisfaction and intent to leave work) employees. This study uses data from the questionnaires were collected from 257 employees of the Social Security Organization of Gillan province. The collected data were anlayzed using statistical techniques and methods of structural equation modeling. Structural equation modeling using LISREL software showed that human capital and relational capital have an influence on job satisfaction. All dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) negatively influenced the intention to leave. Negatively relationship between job satisfaction on intention to leave was found. Based on the results of this study guidelines are provided for the management of intellectual capital and improving job attitudes in organization.
