Instability of electrostatic dust-cyclotron waves and associated wake potential

It is found that electrostatic dust-cyclotron (EDC) waves can be driven in the presence of an equilibrium ion streaming in a magnetized dusty plasma. The EDC waves could be responsible for the generation of periodic wake potential behind a test dust charge.
