The Prediction of psychological empowerment through spiritual leadership and organizational learning (Case study Islamic Azad universities at Khozestan province)

The current study aims at the Prediction of psychological empowerment through spiritual leadership and organizational learning between the personnel of Islamic Azad University in Khuzestan province. This study was of applied type with respect to goal and it was a type of descriptive research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this investigation included all personnel from academic units in Islamic Azad University in Khuzestan province (N = 2950) and sample size (n = 341) was characterized according to Morgan table and they were selected by classified sampling method in terms of gender class. To collect data, 3 inventories were employed including Fry et al spiritual leadership questionnaire (2005), Spreitzer&Mishira(1995) psychological empowerment (scales) questionnaire (1995), and Watkins and Marsick organizational learning questionnaire (1996). In order to analyze data, Regression analysis was adopted. Data analysis indicated that spiritual leadership and organizational learning have predictive power on psychological empowerment. Form the subscales of spiritual leadership, Meaning (B=.318), membership (B=.255) and hope (B=.223) subscales are suitable predictor. Form the subscales of organizational learning, individual learning (B=.432) was best predictor.
