Abstract :
Androgenic Anabolic Steroids (AAS) are
often used by athletes for enhancing
athletic performance but are strongly associated
with detrimental cardiovascular effects
including sudden cardiac death1. Herein,
we present a 24 year-old professional soccer
player who suffered acute myocardial
infarction after nandrolone consumption.
