  • Abstract
    A new kind of beam pointing and target position system which were built recently in the XG-II laser facility is discussed in this paper. By using the system, we can finish almost every adjustment task in the target area. The theoretical and experimental results show that the targeting accuracy is better than 25 μm rms.
