Abstract :
In order to rank all fuzzy numbers, we modify the method of “a new approach for ranking of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers” by Abbasbandy and Hajjari (2009). Our proposed method is used for ranking symmetric fuzzy numbers. The advantage of this method is illustrated by some comparative examples.
