Abstract :
Fluctuation factors extracted from experimental total cross section data for natural Fe are applied to evaluate total and inelastic cross sections for “Fe. The results are stored in the EFF-3.0 file for “Fe. This approach has a significant impact on shielding calculations with MCNP.
