Fuzzy linear regression model with crisp coefficients: A goal programming approach

در اين مقاله مدل رگرسيون خطي فازي با داده هاي ورودي- خروجي فازي و ضرايب حقيقي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. براي محاسبه ضرايب مدل رگرسيون يك مدل برنامه ريزي خطي با استفاده از برنامه ريزي آرماني ارايه شده است. برخلاف بسياري از تحقيقات قبلي، مدل ارايه شده مراكز داده هاي فازي را نيز به عنوان يك ويژگي مهم، مانند پهناي آنها در روند ساختن مدل رگرسيون به حساب مي آورد. علاوه بر اين، مدل ارايه شده با داده هاي فازي مثلثي متقارن و نا متقارن و نيز با داده هاي فازي ذوزنقه اي كه به ندرت در كارهاي قبلي درنظرگرفته شده اند، كار مي كند. كارايي مدل با حل چند مثال و يك مطالعه شبيه سازي نشان داده شده است و نتايج با تعدادي از روش هاي موجود مقايسه شده است.

The fuzzy linear regression model with fuzzy input-output data and crisp coefficients is studied in this paper. A linear programming model based on goal programming is proposed to calculate the regression coefficients. In contrast with most of the previous works, the proposed model takes into account the centers of fuzzy data as an important feature as well as their spreads in the procedure of constructing the regression model. Furthermore, the model can deal with both symmetric and non-symmetric triangular fuzzy data as well as trapezoidal fuzzy data which have rarely been considered in the previous works. To show the efficiency of the proposed model, some numerical examples are solved and a simulation study is performed. The computational results are compared with some earlier methods.
