Abstract :
Education as one of the main social entities plays an important role in development and permanence of the society. Consequently, teachers as the executors of the educational programs, play the main role in the successful performance of this entity. It’s worth noting that supervision task of schools’ principals is a key factor effecting teachers’ performance. The present study aims to investigate the differences in supervision role of principals with a management graduate degree and other principals from the viewpoint of Takab’s teachers. This study is conducted based on descriptive-survey method; statistic population of the study includes all teachers of Takab city which equals to 713 individuals in total. In order to assign a group of 252 samples, cluster random sampling method was used which followed by stratified sampling method. A researcher- made questionnaire was used for data collection, its validity conformed by three authorized experts and its reliability confirmed by SPSS with 0.92. Data analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of t -Test for two independent groups indicate that according to the viewpoint of Takab’s teachers there are differences between principals with management graduate degree and other principals in training improvement, curriculum improvement and teachers improvement.
