Abstract :
Justice and implementation are both consider as one of the major part of human societies that can be realized as a strategy results in sublimation of all community level from human individual lives to complex social institutions specially government and its administrative system. On the other hand, successful life and survival of social systems entails efficient and justice-oriented organizations which benefit of labor. So consideration to human power issues such as performance and productivity level become necessary as the main concern of any organization. This study is done about the implementation of organizational justice as an organizational strategy and evaluation of its relationship with productivity and performance of labor. The research methodology is descriptive and qualitative data collection source has been libraries. In this study, the implication of organizational justice on the performance and productivity of labor is the relationship which considered as survival and sustainability of the organization. The results implicate that the relationship between organizational justice and performance and productivity of labor is confirmed.
