Abstract :
In this paper, a new model is provided to calculate pay-off matrix by using of effective factors.
This model is based on a cooperative game with N player and can be used for multiple cases
including industry, tradition, management and etc. An analysis is derived by considering a
three-state simulation and solved by Nash equilibrium method for each section. Cooperative
game extended for two and three players and each player is looking for increase its market
share in cooperation with other competitors. The calculation is based on factors like capability
of players to perform their strategic behaviors, market share adjustment by face to face
comparison, the ability of any player in defined section and the importance of competitive
advantage for players.
