Abstract :
In this study, it is tried to investigate the Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) tools, its competencies and roles. Also, the relationship between competencies (independent variable) and their effective roles (dependent variable) and the Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) tools in relation to the two variables is investigated. For this purpose, random statistical sample of 121 professional human resources among top experts in Shima Parto Co. is selected. The research finding provides a clear understanding of each variables and their relationship with each other. By studying the relationship between the dependent and independent variables, it was found that they have positive and significant correlation in different dimension which their intensity is different. By investigating the role of Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) tools on the relationship between competencies of professional human resources and effective implementation of their roles, this hypothesis is confirmed that the impact of this variable on different variable is different.
