About Dirichlets Transformation and Theoretic-Arithmetic Functions

In this work, we are going to define a transformation from Dirichlets series called discrete Dirichlets transformation. We will obtain some classical results connected Riemanns zeta function and theoretic-arithmetic functions. Some probabilistic interpretations are maked explicit.
