عملكرد، خصوصيات لاشه و پارامترهاي خوني بلدرچين ژاپني تغذيه شده با جيره حاوي سبوس جو دوسر و پودر دانه شويد

به منظور بررسي اثرات سبوس جو دو سر و پودر دانه شويد بر روي عملكرد، خصوصيات لاشه و چربي سرم خون بلدرچين ژاپني آزمايشي در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي با 240 قطعه جوجه نر يكروزه بلدرچين در 3 تيمار، 4 تكرار و 20 قطعه جوجه در هر تكرار (قفس) انجام شد. پرندگان در خلال دوره آزمايش (4922 روزگي) 3 نوع جيره غذايي شامل: 1 جيره شاهد، 2 جيره شاهد حاوي 3 درصد سبوس جو دوسر و 3 جيره شاهد حاوي 3 درصد پودر دانه شويد را دريافت كردند. از سن 4 الي 7 هفتگي افزايش وزن بدن پرندگان تيمار دريافت كننده سبوس جو دوسر به طور معني‪داري بالاتر از ساير تيمارها بود (05/0‪>P)، در حاليكه افزايش وزن بدن پرندگان تيمار پودر دانه شويد متوسط بود (05/0‪P>). ميزان خوراك مصرفي پرندگاني كه جيره حاوي پودر دانه شويد را خورده بودند، به طور معني‪داري پايين‪تر از ساير گروه‪ها بود (05/0‪>P). در خلال دوره آزمايش، ضريب تبديل غذايي پرندگان دريافت كننده جيره غذايي حاوي 3 درصد پودر دانه شويد به طور معني‪داري بهبود يافت. وزن لاشه و اجزاي آن تحت تأثير تيمارهاي غذايي قرار نگرفت. ميزان VLDL و تري‪گليسيريد خون پرندگان هر دو تيمار دريافت كننده سبوس جو دوسر و پودر دانه شويد به طور معني‪داري پايين‪تر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0‪>P). علاوه بر اين، تيمار پودر دانه شويد به طور معني‪داري سطح تستوسترون خون را در مقايسه با گروه شاهد كاهش داد. در طول دوره پرورش، پرندگان دريافت كننده جيره حاوي پودر دانه شويد بسيار آرام بودند كه اين رويداد، نكته مثبتي براي مديريت پرورش و تغذيه به حساب مي‪آيد. در مجموع نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق، اثرات مفيد استفاده از پودر دانه شويد را بر روي عملكرد، بازده مصرف خوراك و رفتار بلدرچين نشان مي‪دهد كه مي‪تواند به عنوان مكمل جايگزين محرك رشد در اين پرندگان مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the additional effects of two ground medicinal herbs oat bran (OB) and dill seed (DS) on serum lipids, carcass characteristics and growth performance in Japanese quails. A total of 240-twenty one day of age male Japanese quails were allocated randomly to 3 treatments with 4 replicates of 20 birds per cage. Birds during the 22-49 days on trial received 3 dietary treatments: 1) control diet, 2) diets with 3% OB and 3) diets with 3% DS. From 4-7 weeks of age, body weight gain was higher for OB-fed birds (P<0.05) compared to other treatments, while the body weight gain of DS-fed birds was intermediate (P>0.05). Birds that received diet containg DS consumed significantly (P<0.05) lower feed compared to two other groups. Over the experimental period feed conversion ratio (FCR) was significantly improved in the group that received 3% DS compared to other treatments (P<0.05). Carcass weight and carcass components was not positively influenced by the dietary treatments (P>0.05). Both DS and BO-fed nibirds showed significantly (P<0.05) lower very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) and triglyceride serum compared to control group. Furthermore, feeding DS significantly decreased the testosterone level of serum as compared to the control birds. DS group were very calm during the experiment which is a desirable effect from a management and nutrition points of view. Taken together, these results suggest the beneficial effects of DS on growth performance, efficiency of feed utilization and behavior of quails; thus, it can be considered as a potential natural growth promoter for quails breeding.
