زيست چينه نگاري سازند گورپي در برش سپيدان، حوضه فارس داخلي، بر مبناي فرامينيفرهاي پلانكتون

در اين تحقيق زيست چينه نگاري نهشته هاي كرتاسه بالايي (سازند گورپي) در فارس داخلي (برش سپيدان) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. سازند گورپي در برش سپيدان از 360 متر شيل آهكي، آهك رسي و شيل شكل گرفته است كه به صورت پيوسته به روي سازند ايلام و با يك ناپيوستگي در زير سازند پابده قرار گرفته است. 9 جنس و 27 گونه از روزن داران پلانكتون در برش سپيدان شناسايي شدند. بر اين اساس سازند گورپي در برش سپيدان شامل 9 زيست زون به سن سانتونين تا انتهاي ماستريشتين است. مطالعات زيست چينه نگاري اين برش نشان مي دهد كه زيست زون هاي شناسايي شده در اين برش شباهت قابل ملاحظه اي با ساير زيست زون هاي استاندارد جهاني معرفي شده براي كرتاسه بالايي دارند .

In this study biostratigraphy of the Upper Cretaceous deposits (Gurpi Formation) in Sepidan section located in the Interior Fars basin (SW Iran) was studied. The Gurpi Formation in this section consists of 360 m lime shale, argillaceous limestone and shale laid continuously on the Ilam Formation and with a paraconformity under the Pabdeh Formation. Nine genera and 27 species of planktonic foraminifera have been identified in the section. On this basis, the Gurpi Formation here includes nine biozones with an age of Santonian to Maastrichtian. The biozones identified resemble considerably those of the other parts of the world.
