  • Abstract
    Nowadays, societies focus on educational organization with entrepreneurial approach. The main issue investigated that in this research was about the effect of moderating role of environmental uncertainly on relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. In recent years, Azad University (special the small and medium branches) has financial problem. The goal of this study was exploring the entrepreneurial strategies in academic situation especially in small and medium universities to encourage students to continue their education in Azad universities. The research method was conducted in this study was quantitative (survey) and data were collected by a questionnaire. The target population was the managers and employees of Azad University (Markazi Province) and 130 samples were selected based on random and stratified sampling method. The PLS-SEM employed to data analysis and result indicated that the environmental uncertainly moderates the relationships between entrepreneurial attitude and firm performance. The findings entrepreneurial orientation is critical for universities that look for, to enhance performance in highly uncertainly condition. Managers ought to support staff to expand and realize creative ideas that meet the strategic goals of the universities. Furthermore, the ability of entrepreneurial orientation to add value to universities that drive highly uncertainly condition depends greatly on whether the desires of students often change.
