Abstract :
Job burnout is a syndrome which involves the emotional analysis, depersonalization and reduction of individual success, and it is one of the important causes of job performance decrease. This syndrome may be seen in jobs which directly deal with the people more than the other jobs. Job burnout is associated with not only the mental health of staff, but also to the extent of their productivity; therefore, for this reason familiarity with the effective coping methodsagainst mental pressures, cognition, prevention and overcome Job burnout, promoting mental health, it will have an important role in effectiveness improvement and productivity of manpower and service quality advancement. The aim of the present research was considering job burnout indices among FiroozKooh Islamic Azad University staff. The study is applied in terms of aim and has been performed through the descriptive – survey method. Data collectiontoolwereMaslachʹs standard questionnaire (MBI) and statistical society includes all personnel of Islamic Azad University who have diploma educational document and upper degrees and at least 3 years of work experiences, and have been working in 2015, which utilizing Cochran statistical formula, 80 individuals were selected. The Results of the research indicate that the indices of fatigue sensation, job pressure and negative assessment of self-function are in a thought-provoking and acute status and the remaining indices are in acceptable situation.
