Abstract :
The subject of present study is observing the relation between process transparency and the empowerment of staffs in Parto Karan Company. In this regard, transparency means the role of staffs based on Savir framework1992 in two dimensions of goal transparency and process transparency and also the empowerment of staffs based on the theory of Spritzer in five dimensions (job meaningfulness feeling, sense of competence on the job, the feeling of having a choice, the effect of effectiveness and a feeling of fellowship with the others). The relation of process transparency and the empowerment of staffs in observing the process transparency with the empowerment of staffs in Partokaran Company was the main goal of study. In this regard, one main hypothesis and five subsidiary hypotheses are collected. The statistical population of present study is the 63 staffs who are working to observe the relation between the process transparency and empowerment of staffs in Partokaran Company. Due to limitation of population, the census method was used. The data collection tools are two standard questionnaires of Savir role transparency and Spritzer staffs empowerment and after assessing the reliability and stability was delivered to statistical sample. After collecting the questionnaires, the gained data was purified and classified through using descriptive statistical methods. Also for testing the hypotheses of research, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and also R- Pearson tests have been used. The gained results from the hypothesis test show the confirmation of all research hypotheses. In other words, there is a significant relation between the transparent role of staffs and the empowerment of staffs in Partokaran Company.
