Abstract :
Companies that act on the basis of activity control systems, evaluate and reward based on the employees’ output so that the results of employees’ performance will be in accordance with the plans. Performance refers to what a person leaves behind in his working history and is created regardless of the target. Researchers argue that performance should be defined as the results of work, because they have the most powerful links with organization strategic objectives, customer satisfaction and financial revenues. Performance can be considered as behavior, the way in which organizations, working teams and individuals work based on it. This research tries to examine the relationship between the control mechanism and orientation. The statistical population are Esfahan social security organization managers and deputies. Data collection methods are questionnaire and structural equation analysis. Also, Pearson correlation is used to evaluate the data. The results show that the main hypothesis of this study is confirmed with a strong significance factor.
