Abstract :
Development of individual self-efficacy makes organizations prepared for working in the real world of business considering the change of management paradigm. It increases their self-regulation and self-adaptation capabilities and allows for achieving individual self-efficacy criteria (self-esteem, loyalty and self-leadership) in parallel with survival and sustainability in a competitive condition. The main goal of the present research is to determine the relation between components of self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness in Ertebat Sayyar Hamgorouh Telecommunication Co. Statistical population of this research includes all directors and experts of Ertebat Sayyar Hamgorouh Telecommunication Co. consisting of 475 people who were selected through Cochranʹs formula. 219 individuals of the staff were selected as statistical samples of research by using simple random sampling method. Research method is a descriptive and surveying method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics analysis (tables and charts of frequency distribution, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistical analysis (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, t test, Pierson correlation factor and bivariate regression) were used by using SPSS software. Research findings showed that there is a positive and significant relation between self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness in Ertebat Sayyar Hamgorouh Telecommunication Co. and that self-efficacy predicts 53% of organizational effectiveness.
