Abstract :
In this study, mechanochemcical process(MCP) is applied to synthesize ultrafine TaC powders. In this research, nano powder composite TaC-TaB2 was produced using mixtures of tantalum carbide and boron carbide as raw materials via mechanochemical process. The phase formation characterization during process was utilized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The morphology of synthesized powder was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM)

در اين تحقيق روش مكانوشيميايي براي سنتز پودر زير ميكروني TaC مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در اين روش كامپوزيت نانو پودر TaC-TaB2 با استفاده از مواد اوليه پودري كاربيد تانتاليوم و كاربيد بور و آسياب آن ها سنتز شد. فازهاي تشكيل شده در حين سنتز با استفاده از طيف ) (XRD تعيين شدند. مورفولوژي پودر سنتز شده نيز با استفاده از ميكروسكوپ الكتروني (SEM) مورد بررسي قرار كرفت.
