The relations between the spectrum of the matrix Q+RQ+R and the spectra of the matrices
(gamma+delta)Q+(alpha+beta)R−QR−RQ(gamma+delta)Q+(alpha+beta)R−QR−RQ, QR−RQQR−RQ, alphabetaR−QRQalphabetaR−QRQ, alphaRQR−(QR)2alphaRQR−(QR)2,
