Abstract :
In recent years, knowledge-based human resources are focused as the most important pillar of economic, social and cultural development by many of the countries, so one of the facing problems of the organizations in the coming decades would be the efforts to raise labor productivity as a competitive advantage. According to the conducted studies and researches, the issue of effective factors on the productivity of human resources in the organizations isn`t focused considerably. Therefore, the present study is about to clarify the factors affecting the productivity of human resources. Present study observed the concept of productivity from different perspectives, history and evolution, productivity indices and factors affecting human resource productivity. The research method is library and searching engines are also used the results of the study consider the factors such as motivation, training and organizational culture as the important factors affecting the productivity of human resources, so it is recommended to focus on the mentioned factors than the others to improve the productivity of human resources.
