Abstract :
Efficiency and productivity are comprehensive concept and means, the effectiveness and efficient use of production resources to obtain as highest and best output (product) as possible. The main reason and necessity to paying attention to productivity is natural resource restriction and enhancement of demand toward supply. Efficiency measurement has always been considered by researchers because of its importance in performance evaluation of a company or organization. In this paper the performance of units and calibration laboratories of the Center of Iranian Aircraft Company (HESA) will be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of each laboratory, the total reward to center calibration laboratories HESA company, based on a ranking that was within the desired time, using new methods of data envelopment analysis .Thus, the number of 3 inputs and 2 outputs is considered .Territory as well as 10 research laboratories are under evaluation, ranking will be done in years 2007,2008,2009,2010 and the first half of 2011 separately for each year. Finally, with the help of AP method, the results will be discussed .Our results indicate that performance of units and calibration laboratories of the Center for Iranian Aircraft Company (HESA), year-by-year improved .Also as the results viewpoint of this research, Mechanics lab was the best lab and hygiene(sanitation) lab was the worst lab in the past five years.
