Evaluation of views of professors and students and student need for topics of suggested entrepreneurship course syllabus in paramedical sciences, 2014

مقدمه: ايجاد، حفظ و توسعه رفتارها و منش كارآفريني در افراد، نقطه تمركز امروز آموزش كارآفريني است. هدف اين مطالعه طراحي و تدوين سرفصل‌هاي آموزش كارآفريني در حوزه‌هاي علوم پيراپزشكي با توجه به بازار كار و ماهيت كاري رشته‌هاي موردنظر و مبتني بر نقطه نظرات اساتيد و دانشجويان بوده است. روش‌ها: در اين پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي، به‌منظور طراحي و تدوين سرفصل‌هاي علمي و كاربردي آموزش كارآفريني، از نظرات اساتيد (65 نفر) و دانشجويان (531 نفر) پنج دانشكده دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شيراز استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش يك پرسشنامه حاوي سوالات باز و بسته تخصصي در زمينه مهارت‌هاي كارآفريني بود كه توسط هر دو گروه هدف تكميل شد. روايي پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد اهل‌فن و پايايي آن نيز با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ (71/0) به تاييد رسيد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و شاخص‌هاي ميانگين، آزمون تي و تحليل محتوا در سطح معناداري 05/0 (سطح اطمينان 95%) تجزيه ‌و تحليل شد. نتايج: نتايج حاصل از اجراي اين پژوهش، نوع مهارت، زيرمجموعه هر مهارت و سرفصل‌هاي پيشنهادي دوره آموزشي را مشخص نمود. آزمون نتايج نشان داد كه در سطح معناداري 05/0 تفاوت آماري معناداري بين ديدگاه دانشجويان و اساتيد در هر يك از مهارت‌ها با توجه به مقدار p (001/0 > p) وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: توسعه دوره‌هاي اجرايي كارآفريني از دوره‌هاي جاري مانند مباني خلاقيت و كارآفريني تا آشنايي با مطالعات امكان‌سنجي به دوره‌ها و سمينارهايي با محتواي تدوين طرح تجاري، اصول مديريت، اصول مذاكره و برقراري ارتباط موثر، كارگروهي، راه‌اندازي و مديريت كسب ‌و كار، اصول بازاريابي، آشنايي با حقوق و امور مالي و مديريت ريسك الزامي و موثر است.

Introduction: Development, maintenance, and improvement of entrepreneurial behaviors in students are the focus of Entrepreneurship Education. This study aimed to compile entrepreneurship education topics in paramedical sciences with respect to the labor market and working nature of the intended courses based on the views of professors and students. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the views of professors (65) and students (531) from five schools of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences were used to design and compile applicable and scientific topics for entrepreneurship education. A questionnaire containing specialized open-ended and closed-ended questions related to entrepreneurship skills was completed by both target groups and used for data collection. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by expert professors, and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbachʹs alpha (0.71). Data was analyzed using SPSS (version 19), mean, T-test, and content analysis at a significance level of 0.05 (confidence interval = 95%). Results: This study determined the skills and subsets of each and suggested topics for an educational program. Moreover, it showed that, at a significance level of 0.05, there is a statistically significant difference in the views of professors and students regarding each skill (P < 0.001). Conclusions: It is essential and would be efficient to expand entrepreneurship executive programs beyond the current courses to include the basics of creativity and entrepreneurship and courses and seminars with the following contents: writing a business plan, management principles, principles of negotiation and effective communication, teamwork, business launching and management, marketing principles, an introduction to law, financial affairs, and risk management.
