Abstract :
This paper presents a new mathematical model for integrated dynamic cellular manufacturing systems
and production planning that minimizes machine purchasing, intra-cell material handling, cell
reconfiguration and setup costs. The proposed model forms the manufacturing cells and determines the
quantity of machine and movements during each period of time. This problem is NP-hard, so a metaheuristic
algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA) is developed to solve it. Experimental results
confirm the efficiency and the effectiveness of the proposed GA to provide good solutions, especially
for medium and large-sized problems.

در اين مقاله يك مدل رياضي يكپارچه براي سيستم توليد سلولي و برنامه ريزي توليد ارائه مي شود كه هدف آن حداقل سازي هزينه هاي خريد ماشين ها، حمل و نقل مواد درون سلولي، پيكره بندي مجدد سلول ها و راه اندازي ماشين ها مي باشد. مدل پيشنهادي، سلول هاي توليدي را شكل مي دهد و تعداد ماشين ها و جابجايي ها در هر دوره زماني با هدف حداقل كردن هزينه هاي مذكور را تعيين مي كند. اين مسئله NP-hard مي باشد و براي حل آن، يك الگوريتم فراابتكاري بر اسا س الگوريتم ژنتيك پيشنهاد مي شود. نتايج محاسباتي كارايي و اثربخشي الگوريتم پيشنهادي براي دستيابي به جواب هاي مناسب خصوصاً براي مسائل با ابعاد متوسط و بزرگ را نشان مي دهند.
