Abstract
We greatly enjoyed reading the excellent
meta-analysis by Alavian and colleagues (1)
on the efficacy and safety of peginterferon (PEGIFN)
alpha-1a vs. 2b for the treatment of chronic
hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
