Abstract :
A 59‑year‑old female presented to us complaining of
noting a dark ring with her left eye (OS) when bending
her head forward. She had undergone uncomplicated
cataract surgery of the OS 2 days before. In the surgery
description report, phacoemulsification cataract
surgery of a mature crystalline lens was mentioned
with successful implantation of posterior chamber (PC)
intraocular lens without vitreous loss (VL).
