Wereporttwo11and14yearoldgirlswithbilateralulnarclubhanddeformity,who
havethefamilialformofthedisease.Theirmotherand8 otherfamilymembersareaffected
by the same deformity, The congenital form of deformitywas first reported byRobert in
1886and since then,onemorecasehasbeen reported inthe literature.Our report toour
knowledgeisthefirstthatreportsthecasein11membersof3 generationsofa family.
