Abstract
Introduction: Postneurosurgical brain abscess carries a high risk of neurologic morbidity and mortality.
Case Presentation: A newborn infant had Pseudomonas sepsis and multiple brain abscesses after meningocele repair, and was successfully treated medically.
Conclusion: Prompt recognition of this life-threatening condition is crucial.
