Abstract :
Thenewclassofweightedexponential(WE)distributionsobtainedbyGuptaandKundu[14]byapplyingAzzalini’smethodtotheexponentialdistribution.Kharazmietal.[18]extendedtheWEdistributiontothegeneralizedweightedexponential(GWE)distribu- tion.Inthisstudy,wegeneralizetheweibulldistributiontoanewclassreferredtoasthegeneralizedweightedweibull(GWW)distributionwithonescaleparameterandtwoshapeparameters.TheGWWmodelisconstructedinawaythatissimilartothewayinwhichtheGWEisconstructed.Itisinvestigatedthatthenewmodelhasincreasing,decreasingandupside-downbathtubshapedhazard
