Abstract :
Objective- The purpose of present study was to obtain a complete understanding about anatomical features and echocardiography of beluga (Huso huso) species in order to provide standard approaches for performing echocardiography on this sturgeon species. Design- Experimental study. Animals- 10 immature (2.5 years old) beluga (Huso huso). Procedures- To perform echocardiography, Sonosite-MicroMaxx ultrasonography machine and linear probe with a frequency of 6-12 MHz of ventral approach between two pectoral fins were used. Results- Four main parts of the heart were identified in investigations and the way of locating and connections of these parts were examined. Sinus venosus had a thin wall and leaned toward left. The atrium wall was characterized by connective tissue and muscle. There was a valve structure between sinus venosus and atrium. The ventricle had a thick muscular wall with a two-layer appearance. Conus arteriosus leaned toward right. This part had three rows of valves including one distal row and two proximal rows with a certain distance between the distal row and the two proximal rows. Conclusion and Clinical Relevance- Since there has not yet been a complete study on the heart of beluga species in the terms of ultrasonography and anatomy, the present study can be utilized as a basis for investigating other sturgeon species. In the present study, a standard approach has been provided to perform echocardiography on beluga species.

هدف: اين مطالعه جهت به دست آوردن شناختي كامل از ويژگيهاي آنااتومي و اكوكاارديوگرا ي بلا يا لمااه ي و ارائاه رهيا ات ها اي استاندارد براي انجام اكوكارديوگرا ي در اين ماهي انجام شد. طرح مطالعه: مطالعه تجربي 2 ساله / حيوانات: 11 عدد يلماهي نابالغ 5 روش كار: براي انجام اكوكارديوگرا ي از دستگاه Sonosite – MicroMaxx 12 مگااهرتز از رهيافت سطح – و پرآب خطي، با ركاان 6 زيرين بدن بين دو باله سينهاي بهصورت طولي و عرضي استفاده شد. نتايج: در بررسي هاي انجامشده چهار بخش اصلي بل مشخص شد، شيوه برارگيري و ارتباا ايان بخاش هاا ماورد بررساي بارار گر ات. سينوس سياهرگي داراي ديوارهاي نازك بود و متمايل به سمت چپ برار داشت. ديواره دهليز با با فت همبندي و عضله مشخص باود. باين سينوس سياهرگي و دهليز ساختاري دريچه اي مشخص بود. بطن داراي ديواره عضلاني ضخيمي بود كه ظاهري دولايه اي داشات. مخارو سرخرگي متمايل به راست برار داشت، اين بخش داراي سه رديف دريچه بود، يك رديف ديستال و دو رديف پروگزيمال كه بين اين ردياف ديستال و رديف هاي پروگزيمال اصله مشخصي بود. نتيجه گيري و كاربرد باليني: ازآنجاييكه تابهحال بررسي كاملي چه ازنظر سونوگرا ي و چه ازنظار آنااتومي روي بلا يا لمااه ي انجاام نشده است، اين بررسي مي تواند به عنوان مطالعه اي پايه اي براي ساير ماهياان خاويااري ماورد اساتفاده بارار گيارد. در ايان مطالعاه رو استانداردي براي انجام اكوكارديوگرا ي در يل ماهي ارائه شد.
