Abstract :
n of leg scoring as a method for hoof trimming neccesity. Design- Prospective randomised trial.
Animals- Hundred and sixty holstein dairy cows.
Procedure- One hundred and fifty cows selected in a dairy farm in dry period 2-3 weeks before calving (stage one), all cows were photographed, right, left and overall scores (A three point scoring system, in which score one is for normal cows and score three is for extremely outward rotated hindfeet) was given by 5 observers. Cows were photographed 30 days after parturition (Stage two), Days in Milk (DIM) 120 (Stage three) and DIM 150 (Stage four). Agreement of the observers in different stages, and leg score changes during time was evaluated using one way ANOVA. Distribution of leg
scores in different stages compared using Chi-square test.
Results- No statistical difference was recorded between observers in each stages except stage two. The highest score was recorded in stage one (2.08±0.72) and the lowest recorded in stage two (1.56±0.64). After parturition overall score increased till 120 DIM (1.8±0.71) but no significant changes recorded by increasing DIM (1.85±0.74) and after hoof trimming. Distribution of score three cows were reduced significantly in stage two in comparison to stage one and increase significantly in stage three in comparison to stage two. No statistical difference recorded between stages three and four. The average number of cows in score three were 27.1, 5.3, 19.2, and 21.2 percent in stages one to four respectively that is higher than previously reported numbers.
Conclusion and Clinical Relevance- Leg scoring in cows with equal days in milk is useful. Hoof trimming cannot reduce leg scores but can prevent its growing trend.

ﻫﺪف- ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد اﺳﻜﻮر ﺳﻢ ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺐ ﺳﻢ ﭼﻴﻨﻲ در ﮔﺎو ﺷﻴﺮي
ﻃﺮح ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ آﻳﻨﺪه ﻧﮕﺮ
ﺣﻴﻮاﻧﺎت- ﻳﻜﺼﺪ و ﺷﺼﺖ راس ﮔﺎو ﺷﻴﺮي
روش ﻛﺎر- ﻳﻜﺼﺪ و ﭘﻨﺠﺎه راس ﮔﺎو ﺷﻴﺮي در ﻳﻚ ﮔﻠﻪ ﺷﻴﺮي در زﻣﺎن ﺧﺸﻜﻲ دام و 3 -2 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ از زاﻳﻤﺎن )ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 1( اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ. از ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﮔﺎوﻫﺎ ﻋﻜﺲ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ و اﺳﻜﻮر ﭼﺮﺧﺶ )ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺳﻪ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ اي( ﺳﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﺮون ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 5 ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮ از روي ﻋﻜﺲ ﻫﺎ داده ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﮔﺎوﻫﺎ 30 روز ﭘﺲ از زاﻳﻤﺎن )ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 2(، روز ﺷﻴﺮدﻫﻲ 120 )ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺳﻮم( ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺳﻢ ﭼﻴﻨﻲ و روز ﺷﻴﺮدﻫﻲ 150 ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭼﻬﺎرم( ﻳﻚ ﻣﺎه ﭘﺲ از ﺳﻢ ﭼﻴﻨﻲ اﺳﻜﻮر داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻮاﻓﻖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮﻫﺎ و ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻣﻴﺰان ﭼﺮﺧﺶ در ﻃﻮل زﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﭘﺮاش ﻳﻚ ﻃﺮﻓﻪ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ اﺳﻜﻮرﻫﺎي ﺳﻢ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﻛﺎي ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.
ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ- ﺗﻨﻬﺎ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ دوم اﺳﻜﻮر دﻫﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار دﻳﺪه ﺷﺪ و در ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺧﺘﻼﻓﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ اﺳﻜﻮر ﺳﻢ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول ± و ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ اﺳﻜﻮر در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ دوم ) 0/64 ± 1/56 ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﭘﺲ از زاﻳﺶ روﻧﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ در اﺳﻜﻮر ﺳﻢ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺳﻮم 0/71 ± 1/8 ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﻟﻴﻜﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺳﻮم و ﭼﻬﺎرم اﺳﻜﻮر دﻫﻲ ± ﺛﺒﺖ ﻧﮕﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ اﺳﻜﻮر ﺳﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ دو ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 1 ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﻣﺠﺪدا اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺳﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 2 ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.اختلاف معني داري بين مرحله سوم و چهارم اسكور دهي ( 74
در مرحله دو نسبت به مرحله 1 كاهش يافت كه البته مجددا افزايش معني داري در مرحله سه نسبت به مرحله 2 ثبت گرديد.
،27/ اختلاف معني داري در توزيع اسكور 3 بين مراحل 3 و 4 ثبت نگرديد. ميزان متوسط فراواني گاوها در اسكور 3 ، مقادير 1
در مراحل يك تا چهار ثبت شد كه بالاتر از مقادير گزارش شده در مطالعات قبلي است. / 19/2 و 21/2 ،5/3
نتيجه گيري و كاربرد باليني- اسكور سم بايد در گاوهاي با روز شيردهي مساوي داده شود. سم چيني قابليت كاهش اسكور
سم را ندارد و تنها مي تواند جلوي افزايش آن را بگيرد.
