Abstract :
Objective- The aim of this study was to determine the first possible time for pregnancy recognition and several features of developing embryo between days 8 to 44 of pregnancy. Design- Experimental study Animals- Six healthy registered Caspian mares Procedures- Daily ultrasound examinations were conducted from days 8 to 44 (ovulation = day 0) of pregnancy to monitor the conceptus in Caspian mares (No. of pregnancy= 9). Results- Embryonic vesicle was observed for the first time on day 9.67 ± 0.33 (mean ± SEM, range 9-11 days) in 7.17 ± 0.48 mm diameter. The vesicle was fixed in distal part of uterine horn on day 16.44 ± 0.24 (age range 15-17 days). The vesicle was spherical from days 9 to 16 (mean ± SEM growth rate, 2.16 ± 0.14 mm/day), and non spherical from days 16 to 19 with reduced growth rate from day 18-27 (0.60 ± 0.12 mm/day) and then averagely grew at a rate of 1.27 ± 0.15 mm/day until day 44 of pregnancy. Embryo proper and heartbeat were first detected on days 20 ± 0.37 and 23.11 ± 0.35, respectively. Formation of allantoic sac at the same time of decreasing of yolk sac was initiated on day 23.55 ± 0.44 and it was completed on day 35.33 ± 0.55. Conclusion and Clinical Relevance- The dates of occurrence of morphologic features of developing Caspian mare embryo were similar to the previous reports in mares and jennies and also ultrasound measurement of embryo and embryonic vesicle is an accurate tool and simple way for estimating the age of pregnancy in Caspian mares.

ﻫﺪف- ﺑﺎور ﻣﺤﻘﻘﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ اﻳﻨﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ اﺳﺐ ﻧﮋاد ﻛﺎﺳﭙﻴﻦ ﺟﺪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ اﺳﺐ ﻫﺎي اوﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﺑﺘﺪاﻳﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺿﺮورﻳﺎت ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﻳﺰي ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎروري و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻳﻚ ﻧﮋاد ﺧﺎص اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ اوﻟﻴﻦ زﻣﺎن ﻣﻤﻜﻦ آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺟﻨﻴﻦ در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ ﺑﻴﻦ روز ﻫﺎي 8 ﺗﺎ 44 ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﺨﻤﻚ ﮔﺬاري اﺳﺖ. ﻃﺮح ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺣﻴﻮاﻧﺎت- 6 ﻣﺎدﻳﺎن ﻛﺎﺳﭙﻴﻦ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪه و ﺳﺎﻟﻢ روش ﻛﺎر- ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻨﺎت روزاﻧﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ روز ﻫﺎي 8 ﺗﺎ 44 آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ روز ﺻﻔﺮ( اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت وزﻳﻜﻮل روﻳﺎﻧﻲ و روﻳﺎن در ﻣﺎدﻳﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻛﺎﺳﭙﻴﻦ آﺑﺴﺘﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ ﻛﺎر ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﮔﺮدد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ- وزﻳﻜﻮل روﻳﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺮاي اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎر در روز 0/33 ± 9/67 ) ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺧﻄﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد، ﺑﺎ داﻣﻨﻪ 9-11 روز( و ﺑﺎ ﻗﻄﺮ 0/48 ± 7/17 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ وزﻳﻜﻮل در روز 0/24 ± 16/44 و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻋﻘﺒﻲ ﺷﺎخ رﺣﻤﻲ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ± 0/ 9 دايره اي شكل (متوسط ± ميانگين خطاي استاندارد ميزان رشد، 14 - 15 روز بود). وزيكول از روز 16 - (دامنه سن 17 2/16 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ در روز( و ﻏﻴﺮ داﻳﺮه اي ﺷﻜﻞ از روز 16-19 ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان رﺷﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺸﻲ ﺗﺎ روز 18-27 )0/12 ± 0/60 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ازاي ﻫﺮ روز( و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 0/15 ± 1/27 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ در روز ﺗﺎ روز 44 آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ رﺷﺪ ﻛﺮد. ﺗﻮده روﻳﺎن و ﺿﺮﺑﺎن ﻗﻠﺐ ﺟﻨﻴﻦ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎر در روز 37 ± 20 و 0/35 ± 23/11، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ داده ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻛﻴﺴﻪ آﻻﻧﺘﻮﺋﻴﺴﻲ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻛﻴﺴﻪ زرده و در روز 0/44 ± 23/55 آﻏﺎز ﺷﺪ و در روز 0/55 ± 35/33 ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ- زﻣﺎن رﺧﺪاد اﻳﺠﺎد ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻫﺎي روﻳﺎن در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ ﻣﺎدﻳﺎن ﻛﺎﺳﭙﻴﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺰارﺷﺎت ﻗﺒﻠﻲ در ﻣﺎدﻳﺎن و اﻻغ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺿﻤﻨﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻴﺎن ﻛﺮد ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻨﻪ اوﻟﺘﺮاﺳﻮﻧﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ راﺳﺖ روده اي ﻳﻚ اﺑﺰار دﻗﻴﻖ و ﺳﺎده در راه ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺳﻦ آﺑﺴﺘﻨﻲ ﻣﺎدﻳﺎن ﻛﺎﺳﭙﻴﻦ اﺳﺖ.
