Abstract :
Objective- to consider the influence of Aloe vera L fresh gel on healing process
histopathologically.
Design- Experimental study
Animals- Five adult male mixed breed dogs aged 2-4 years
Procedures- Eight symmetrical full-thickness wounds were surgically created on the
back of all five dogs under general anesthesia and sterile condition. After wound creation,
1 ml fluid containing 105 CFU of S. aureus was inoculated on each wound. Right wounds
were covered with 1 ml Aloe vera fresh gel whereas the left wounds were not received
any therapeutic material. Wounds’ biopsies were assessed on days 7, 15, 21 and 28 in
treatment and control groups.
Results- In microscopic examinations density of collagen fibers in the superficial (P =
0.039) and deep (P = 0.042) sections of 28-days old wounds were significantly higher in
treatment group compared to control group. Also these fibers had more diameter and
better alignment in treatment group. No significant differences (P > 0.05) were seen in
other indices including fibrocytes, fibroblasts and inflammatory cells between treatment
and control wounds.
Conclusions and Clinical Relevance- It seems that Aloe vera in addition to antibacterial
effects, probably exerts its main effects on the characteristics of collagen fibers. These
positive effects could cause the improvement of quality and quantity of collagen fibers
and their structures.

ﻫﺪف- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻫﻴﺴﺘﻮﭘﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮﻳﻚ اﺛﺮ درﻣﺎﻧﻲ ژل ﺗﺎزه ﺑﺮگ ﮔﻴﺎه اﻟﻮﺋﻪ ورا ال ﺑﺮ روﻧﺪ اﻟﺘﻴﺎم زﺧﻢ ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻲ اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷﺪ.
ﻃﺮح ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ- ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺑﺮ روي ﺣﻴﻮان زﻧﺪه
ﺣﻴﻮاﻧﺎت- ﭘﻨﺞ ﻗﻼده ﺳﮓ ﻧﺮ از ﻧﮋاد ﻣﺨﻠﻮط در ﻣﺤﺪوده ﺳﻨﻲ 2 ﺗﺎ 4 ﺳﺎل
روش ﻛﺎر- در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ دو ﺳﺮي زﺧﻢ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﺎﺋﻲ ﻣﺘﻘـﺎرن ﺑـﺮروي ﭘﺸـﺖ ﺣﻴﻮاﻧـﺎت، در دو ﻃـﺮف ﺳـﺘﻮن ﻓﻘـﺮات در روزﻫـﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﺗﺤﺖ ﺑﻴﻬﻮﺷﻲ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺳﭙﺲ زﺧﻢ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻟﻴﺘـﺮ ﻣـﺎﻳﻊ ﺣـﺎوي105 CFUاﺳـﺘﺎﻓﻴﻠﻮﻛﻮﻛﻮس آرﺋـﻮس ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. زﺧﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻤﺖ راﺳﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻟﻴﺘﺮ از ژل آﻟﻮﺋﻪ ورا ل ﭘﻮﺷﺎﻧﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ در ﺣﺎﻟﻴﻜﻪ زﺧﻢ ﻫـﺎي ﺳـﻤﺖ ﭼـﭗ ﻫﻴﭻ درﻣﺎﻧﻲ را درﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻜﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ روﻧﺪ اﻟﺘﻴﺎم ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺳﻜﻮﭘﻲ ﺑﺮروي ﺑﻴﻮﭘﺴﻲ ﻫﺎي اﺧﺬ ﺷـﺪه از زﺧـﻢ ﻫـﺎي ﻫـﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه در روزﻫﺎي 7، 15، 21 و 28 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
ﻧﺘــﺎﻳﺞ- ﻣﻌﻨــﻲ داري ﺑﺮﺗــﺮي ﺗــﺮاﻛﻢ رﺷــﺘﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﻛــﻼژن در ﻣﻘــﺎﻃﻊ ﺳــﻄﺤﻲ(P=0.039 و ﻣﻘــﺎﻃﻊ ﻋﻤﻘــﻲ(P=0.042)
ﻫﻴﺴﺘﻮﭘﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از زﺧﻢ ﻫﺎي روز 28 در ﮔﺮوه درﻣﺎن در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺸـﻬﻮد ﺑـﻮد ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﻴﻦ ﺿـﺨﺎﻣﺖ و ﻧﻈﻢ ﻗﺮارﮔﻴﺮي اﻳﻦ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﮔﺮوه درﻣﺎن ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. درراﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻓﻴﺒﺮوﺑﻼﺳﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﻓﻴﺒﺮوﺳـﻴﺖ ﻫـﺎ و ﺳﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎﺳﻲ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري (P > 0.05) ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه درﻣﺎن و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ.
ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ- ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ رﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ آﻟﻮﺋﻪ ورا ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺧﺎﺻﻴﺖ آﻧﺘﻲ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮﻳﺎل، اﺛﺮاﺻـﻠﻲ ﺧـﻮد را ﺑـﺮروي زﺧﻢ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت رﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻛﻼژن اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻛﻤﻴﺖ و ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻛـﻼژن و ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد.
