Abstract
Case Description- Three female Pomeranian dogs with mean age about 1-year-old and history of seizure and sudden shock were referred to Small Animal Hospital of University of Tehran.
Clinical Finding- Occipital Dysplasia was diagnosed by radiographic findings in rostrodorsal- coudoventral oblique view in all cases.
Treatment and Outcome- These dogs recovered by 14 days administration of Glucocorticoid anti-inflammatory drug and Vit B1 (300 mg/BW).
Clinical Relevance- Diagnosis and treatment of the abnormality in this paper can show a good direction toward same problems, that clinicians may encounter them.

ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر- ﺳﻪ ﻗﻼده ﺳﮓ ﻣﺎده ﻧﮋاد ﭘﻮﻣﺮاﻧﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺳﻨﻲ 1 ﺳﺎل ﺑﺎ ﻋﻼﺋﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ ﺗﺸﻨﺞ و در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺷﻮك ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن داﻣﭙﺰﺷﻜﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ارﺟﺎع داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.
ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ- ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻨﺎت ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ و ﺗﻬﻴﻪي رادﻳﻮﮔﺮاف ﺑﺎ ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﮔﻤﺎري Rostrodorsal-coudoventral ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺎﻳﻞ، دﻳﺴﭙﻼزي اﻛﺴﻴﭙﻴﺘﺎل در ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ داده ﺷﺪ.
درﻣﺎن و ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ- اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﺗﺤﺖ درﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه داروﻳﻲ ﮔﻠﻮﻛﻮﻛﻮرﺗﻴﻜﻮﺋﻴﺪ و وﻳﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ ب1)300/mg ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 14 روز ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮدي ﻛﺎﻣﻞ در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻮارد ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ.
ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ و درﻣﺎن ﻋﺎرﺿﻪ در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ رﻫﻴﺎﻓﺖ ﺧﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﺮاي ﻛﻠﻴﻨﻴﺴﻴﻦﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل در ﺑﺨﺶ دامﻫﺎي ﻛﻮﭼﻚ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﻜﻼت ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻣﻲﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ.
